    Change & Communications Manager (FTC) –  brand new role for one of the largest, most prestigious global law firms to work on major change implementation projects. 


    This firm has one of the best cultures in the legal sector and is a great place to work.  This role will give exposure to the firm’s top leadership team as well as senior stakeholders across all areas of the business.


    The role will involve:


    • Plan and manage change management activities on major firmwide projects.
    • Working with project stakeholders to raise awareness around change.
    • Developing a training methodology around change management.
    • Managing change and developing activities to reduce resistance and impact minimisation.
    • Creating effective communications channels and messaging for different audiences.
    • Playing an advisory and coaching role to the global project management team.


    You will have a wealth of experience in change management and communications. Ideally, this will have been gained in a global professional or financial services environment. PRINCE2 and PRSOCI qualifications would be highly desirable for this role.
