Candidate Consultant/Resourcer

Candidate Consultant/Resourcer role in boutique recruitment agency. Hybrid London and home working. Competitive salary + commission!

We are looking for a Candidate Consultant/Resourcer to join our small but perfectly formed team in London.  Working with two inspirational female directors you could make a valuable contribution to our growth.  We offer an alternative environment to the large, KPI driven agencies that don’t value the input of their employees.

We operate in a niche market and recruit marketing and business development roles for professional services firms. Our clients range from law firm and accountancy firms to property and built environment consultancies.  Our clients work with us because aside from knowing we’ll do a good job, we’re fun to work with.  You’ll enjoy working in a flexible environment where you can work from home to suit your needs.

Focusing on candidate attraction, you will be responsible for:

• Screening, registering and interviewing suitable candidates;
• Using LinkedIn, job boards and CV databases to proactively attract new candidates;
• Writing and posting adverts on our website and relevant job boards;
• Utilising the CRM database to contact and stay in touch with current and lapsed candidates.

This role offers the opportunity to develop into a consultant position.  To succeed in this role you will be enthusiastic, motivated and tenacious.  Ideally, you will have worked in a sales environment, such as recruitment or estate agency, and will have experience of achieving targets successfully. You will be confident using the telephone and have a polite and polished manner.
