Business Development Executive (Capital Market and Finance)

Business Development Executive aligned to Capital Markets and Finance in a top US law firm. EMEA focus. Paying up to £50,000. London based with hybrid working.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to work in this leading US law firm. The role will focus across EMEA, so could be a great opportunity for someone who’s looking to use some European language skills. The leadership team is really investing in the BD and marketing function with new roles and an increased client focus rather than reactive marketing.

The role will involve taking a proactive approach to advising partners on their business development activities and will include:

• Support and deliver on the plans for the groups;
• Work with partners to analyse target and key clients;
• Support on cross-selling initiatives;
• Leading on bids, preparing credentials and sharing best practice with the EMEA team;
• Develop client communications, marketing materials etc;
• Acting as first point of contact for fee earners regarding BD matters

Candidate requirements:

• At least 2 years of BD and Marketing experience
• Legal, professional services or FS experience
• A European language would be desirable, especially French, Dutch, Italian and German.
• Knowledge of financial markets
• Confident with senior stakeholders
