Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive role in this growing top UK law firm. London based with 50% homeworking. Salary up to £40,000, depending on experience.

This law firm, is well respected in the UK and growing internationally. The firm is looking for BD Executive to support two BD Managers. Half the role will support with their Education, Charity, Immigration, Employment and Sports groups. The other half of the role will support the BD Manager for Private Client. The role will also work alongside two other BD Executives and have support from a Marketing and Events team.

The Business Development Executive will:

• Support the BD Managers in developing practice and sector plans
• Carry out market and client research
• Support with BD meetings with Partners
• Update and maintain the firm’s CRM system, Peppermint
• Support with the legal directory process for the groups
• Work on profile raising events, podcasts and marketing campaigns
• Ensure client facing materials are produced to the highest standard
• Run email marketing campaigns and reporting on successes
• Advise on social media best practice for the groups

The role would suit a BD professional with 2-3 years of experience. Perhaps, an assistant or coordinator looking to step up. Candidates need a can-do attitude, must be confident with senior stakeholders and be able to handle a varied workload.

The role will give the opportunity to gain exposure to BD strategy for a range of practices and sectors whilst working in a supportive and down to earth law firm.
