BD Systems Manager

CRM and Marketing Systems Manager role in a top global law firm. Team management role. London based with hybrid working.

This global law firm, is growing their Marketing Ops and Systems team, and as a result, looking for a Manager to focus globally on their 4 main BD & Marketing systems. This will include:

• CRM system: InterAction.
• Email marketing system: Concep
• ERM system – Introhive
• Credentials system – Foundation (Which is currently being rolled out)

The role will also offer more ad hoc support for their Alumni portal.

The role is supported by an offshore team of 4, including a Assistant, Executive and 2 Advisers. It’s a really credible team, with lots of talent to nurture.

This is an exciting time to join, as the firm really want someone to come in and evaluate what they are doing and improve their use of these systems. Some key projects on the horizon could include:

• Running an review of the best practices by the systems team and finetuning these
• Looking at the improvements to the integration between each system
• Long term, looking at the rollout of a new CRM globally.
• Exploring how AI could be better implemented to their systems longterm.

The role would suit a credible CRM / Marketing Systems Manager, ideally with experience of a few of the key systems that the firm use. Line management experience is essential. Experience of working in a law firm, or a comparable global professional services firm is ideal.

The firm have a hybrid working model with 3 days a week in the London office. With flexibility where needed. This is a full time role, but they are open to discussing the role on a part time basis.
