    Business Development Manager role in this respected regional law firm. Aligned to Real Estate, with the opportunity to shape the group. Kent, Surrey or London based. Up to £70k. Open to Full Time or 4 days a week.


    We are working with a sophisticated and modern regional law firm, that is looking for a BD Manager to join their team due to an internal move. The role will support the Real Estate group and help to shape a range of new projects for the team. One of the main projects on the horizon, includes the implementation of a Key Client Programme.

    The role will have support from an established Comms and Marketing team, as well as Data and Client Listening team. And the firm are striving for strong data-driven marketing. The role will also have the support of a BD Assistant, as well as work alongside a Practice / Operational Manager on strategic initiatives. The firm has a great culture and is currently working towards B-Corp certification, as part of its ongoing sustainability initiatives.


    The role will involve:

    • Develop business plans for the Real Estate group, alongside a group of bought-in Partners;
    • Managed key Real Estate industry events;
    • Support on the development of the client programme;
    • Manage client listening for the group, being client facing where needed;
    • Manage and deliver pitches for the Real Estate group (1 a month on average)
    • Stay commercially up to date with industry news and topics, making suggestions to the Partners on new initiatives.


    The role will suit a Business Development professional, with knowledge of targeting Real Estate clients. This could be from working in legal, Real Estate or wider professional services. The BD Manager will need to be commercially aware and confident speaking to clients.
