 Business Development Assistant 

Business Development Assistant role within mid-size national accountancy firm, London or Bristol based.

Seeking a bright and adaptable BD Assistant to join this fast-paced marketing team (based in London or Bristol).

The role will involve supporting the Business Development Managers on a variety of business development and tender initiatives. This is a full mix role, giving you great exposure across broader BD and supporting the wider marketing team during times of increased workload.

The team will also support you in your personal development offering you clear routes of progression.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a full range of support to the BD team on pitches and tenders, including editing, drafting and proof reading
• Maintaining the tender library report
• Managing and updating the tender content library
• Managing the team’s intranet page
• Drafting news items for the team’s intranet page
• Opportunity to manage your own bids and proposals with support from the BD Managers
• Scheduling tender feedback calls
• Managing the tender feedback report
• Supporting new Tender projects
